Wellness Workshop

I performed a workshop at Uppingham school to a group of 6th formers and staff, the workshop lasted 2 hours and in that time I went through the following:

  • DIY Self Reflex at home at school or in the workplace.

  • Using my tips and techniques and you will feel the stress drift away.

  • How to use holistic therapies and mindfulness to enable you to take charge of your wellbeing.

It is so empowering to have a few tools, or resources to utilise as and when you need them. In the workshop we discussed how reflexology works, what you can achieve through Self Reflex and following that I showed the group a simple map to follow to ease

anxiety, headaches, digestive issues and sleep.
