Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques with the use of oil or lotion.


It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, work on the feet and hands causes a physical change to the related areas of the body.

Reiki Treatment


Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Infant massage is a type of complementary and alternative treatment that uses massage therapy for babies. Maria will teach you how to ease their digestion, encourage good sleep and mobility.

The demands of daily life can often leave us feeling stressed and anxious particularly after the year we have all just had. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to turn. If you start to feel your stress levels bubbling beneath the surface it’s only a matter of time before your body will find a way to tell you it’s had enough and force you to listen. So, before you snap or reach breaking point it’s important to recognise the warning signs and give your body and mind a respite. Reflexology massage can be hugely beneficial to both mind and body gently getting you back on track. However, booking in for a reflexology treatment may not always be convenient so it’s important to find other ways to self soothe. 

Which is why I have created this Self Care workshop to teach you how to give yourself a DIY Self Reflex at home, at school or in the workplace. Just taking a few minutes out, using my tips and techniques and you will feel the stress drift away. I can show you how to use holistic therapies and mindfulness to enable you to take charge of your wellbeing. It is so empowering to have a few tools, or resources to utilise as and when you need them. In the workshop we will discuss how reflexology works, what you can achieve through Self Reflex and following that I will give you a simple map to follow to ease anxiety, headaches, digestive issues and sleep.
